Our instagrammable group spaces are designed to make memories. We’ve also preserved plenty of personal space for each member of your party to enjoy as well as a range of enviable luxuries.

During the Bunn House renovation process, we knew that we wanted to do a lot of the design and renovation work ourselves. However, we still wanted professional input and and looked to local architects for ideas. After plenty of meetings, site visits, and brainstorming sessions, two ideas emerged.

The story of the Bunn House is not only the story of tourism and growth in Asheville, but the story of my husband and I creating a space for friends and family while remaining safe and environmentally responsible. While it was disheartening to see occupancy decreasing while Asheville tourism was increasing, we knew that the Bunn House was special and we powered through.

We are beginning the exciting process of renovating the Bunn House to provide an even more luxurious experience for families and small groups.

Asheville, NC was a winter wonderland Christmas day with some parts of WNC getting up to 3 inches of snow! Take a look at how magical the Bunn House grounds look all covered in snow!

Bunn house was built in 1905 by one of Asheville’s most well-known brick masons, Albert Bunn. We’ve continued to preserve these bricks throughout our thoughtful renovations, and their warm glow brings a harmonious connection to each space.
