Are children and pets allowed at the Bunn House?
Children are allowed at the Bunn House. Although we love our animals, we do not allow pets at the Bunn House.

How many guests can the Bunn House sleep?
The Bunn House sleeps 8 people. Three bedrooms are located on the second floor, each has one king bed, which sleeps a maximum of 2 adults. The fourth bedroom is on the first floor and has its own entrance.

Is smoking or vaping allowed?
No, the Bunn House and the surrounding property are 100% non-smoking/non-vaping. Please be advised that should you smoke in one of our rooms or on the property, a fee of $500 will be automatically charged to the credit card you provided.

What time is check in and check out?
Check in is guaranteed at 4 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Please note: failure to leave could result in late fees. Please note that room entry access codes will not work prior to 4 pm, and will automatically deactivate at 10 am.

Is Uber available in Asheville?
Yes, Uber is available and easily accessible throughout the city, including from the hotel and the airport.

What is the cancellation policy?
Guests who cancel 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount paid. Cancellations between 30 and 60 days before check-in, will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice are non-refundable. Changes to your reservation, early departures, or “no-shows” are also included under this policy. This policy applies to cancellations or arrival delays due to weather, transportation, or health issues.
