1. Bunn House Hotel offers a unique hotel experience. Our mission is to provide streamlined arrival and departures with invisible behind-the-scenes service. Unlike many other hotels there is not a staffed lobby. We believe our guests value their independence during their time in Asheville and we do not impose a schedule for breakfast instead offering guests a light meal with coffee in the privacy of your room. We do not have bellboys or front desk staff but our staff will work hard to anticipate your needs prior to your arrival. During your stay, someone is always available via text or phone should you need assistance at anytime. Our reviews

2. We will email you one day prior to arrival to provide the gated property entry code and your personal room code. On the day of arrival, you will receive a text message informing you if early check-in is available. Once you’ve arrived at the front gate, please use the code you received via email to enter the property. From there, we invite you to make yourself at home!
3. After a long day of travel, we know you are ready to relax with a glass of wine and a bite to eat. Our guest rooms and common area are stocked with a variety of local beer, wine, sodas, water, and snacks to hold you over until dinner at one of Asheville’s many fantastic restaurants!
