The Bunn House is unveiling an exciting new experience in luxury accommodations.
Our amenities, spacious grounds, and luxury finishes have long established the Bunn House as a top destination for guests with discerning taste. However, the magic of our property shines especially bright for families and small groups. Our amazing location allows small groups to fully enjoy all that downtown Asheville has to offer while simultaneously providing a secluded and peaceful retreat.
After careful consideration, we have decided to offer the property exclusively to groups of 8-10 guests as an entire house rental. We are beginning the exciting process of converting the Bunn House to a 4 bedroom vacation home with luxurious kitchen, dining, and living space.
The new kitchen and dining area will be enclosed by stunning handcrafted doors which add an artistic, international flair. This magical space is filled with enough ambiance to create the memories of a lifetime. Don't want to cook on your vacation? No problem! A private chef or catered meals can be arranged upon your request.
