The Bunn House and gardens span approximately 1.5 acres, allowing for a wide range of events, from elopements and small intimate ceremonies to larger weddings and gatherings. With the creative use of tents and event components, virtually anything is possible on the property. The Bunn House is gated and centrally located two blocks from vibrant downtown Asheville.
For smaller events we offer the wedding packages detailed below. These can be customized to meet the needs of the wedding party.

Ceremony Only
Host your next celebration at the Bunn House. This package is perfect for celebrations of life, corporate events, birthdays, baby showers, family reunions, and more.
Price Starting at: $3,750 plus taxes and applicable fees
Classic Elopement
Bride & Groom (Newlyweds) only - includes 1-night stay, indoor or outdoor ceremony, champagne toast, cake, charcuterie board and officiant. Monday-Wednesday only.
Total Price: $4375 plus taxes and applicable fees
Premium Elopement
8 guests - includes 1-night stay for Newlyweds, indoor or outdoor ceremony, champagne toast, cake, charcuterie board, officiant. Monday-Wednesday only.
Total Price: $6875 plus taxes and applicable fees
Nano Wedding Package
25 guests - includes a 2-night stay for Newlyweds, tent, outdoor ceremony, champagne toast, cake, grazing table, photographer and officiant
Total Price: $11,875 plus taxes and applicable fees
Micro Wedding Package
50 guests - includes a 2-night stay for Newlyweds, tent, outdoor ceremony, champagne toast, cake, grazing table, photographer and officiant

51-200 guests - includes outdoor ceremony with options to add lodging for bride and groom, wedding party or family

After confirming your event dates with the Bunn House, you will receive a formal proposal with detailed information and contracts. Signed contract documents and checks for 50% of event fee, depending on the size of your event, a security deposit is required to hold the date. The refundable security deposit of $1000 is due at the signing of the contract and may be returned within thirty days after the event. Also, depending on the size of your event and number of guests, a credit card on file may be required.

If cancellation occurs more than two months prior to contracted event date then 50% of the deposit amount will be refunded, the security deposit will also be refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than two months prior to contracted event date the deposit is non-refundable, the security deposit will be refunded.

For elopement packages and nano wedding packages no wedding planner is required. For weddings that have up to 50 guests or larger (Micro wedding package and all custom packages) a certified wedding planner is required in order to ensure the planning and event day runs smoothly.
