Meet the Chop Shop:
The Chop Shop is located one block away on Charlotte Street. PJ Jackson is the General Manager of this amazing small business that offers “Meat you can trust,” all sourced from reputable local farms. In addition to natural, custom, local meats, they offer a variety of deli items perfect for small bites and appetizers including pickled peppers, mixed charcuterie packs (sliced Proscuitto di Parma, American Pig Lomo, House pepperoni), mixed olives, and other goodies.

Cheese selections include local cheese makers like Looking Glass Creamery. Green River Blue is a creamy, sweet, soft blue cheese which has notes of Camembert, slightly grassy qualities and a beautiful finish of a semi sharp Gorgonzola. It is a perfect addition to any charcuterie board or melted over your favorite steak!
You could also order a ribeye steak and grill this to perfection by a roaring fire on the grill available for use at the Bunn House. Want fresh oysters ready to shuck? The Chop Shop has you covered for those as well. Be sure to have your own oyster knife on hand.
