Welcome Home
When you first arrive at the Bunn House, you’ll be greeted by a majestic front gate surrounded by trees and lush landscaping. This grand entrance will make you feel like royalty during your stay. We take pride in maintaining our grounds and making them accessible for all our guests.
Up on the Rooftop
Check out this amazing view! At the Bunn House, you’ll be able to enjoy Asheville views not available anywhere else in town. This rooftop space is perfect for hosting happy hours or just relaxing in a chair to admire the sunrise. We offer the perfect balance of city living with the vibrancy of the outdoors, as you can see the mountains in the background of the city.
Peruse the Patio
If you’re afraid of heights, no need to worry. The Bunn House has an expansive outdoor patio in addition to our rooftop space. On the patio, you’ll find a grill for gourmet meals. Inside there is a bar area, which features a Subzero ice maker, filtered water dispenser, dishwasher, and sink. Aspiring chefs will find our patio to be the ideal space to get creative and spend time with the family over a delicious meal.
In the Garden
While Biltmore gardens are a popular feature of Asheville, you can also enjoy gardens during your stay at the Bunn House, right in the backyard. Our hedge maze and fountain create a romantic atmosphere for you to explore during your stay, and they’re a stunning backdrop for exchanging vows during a wedding. Also, a sunrise stroll through the gardens is the perfect way to start the day.
Fireplace Festivities
On a chilly night, get cozy next to our enormous outdoor fireplace. You can walk through our gardens for this spacious area with plenty of room to relax and roast some marshmallows.
